About the role
Ecore is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Associate – Premier Materials to support the continued expansion of our recycled rubber materials business. This role focuses on selling and developing markets for rubber processing materials, EPDM granules, colored EPDM, polyurethane binders, and related products across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where creativity, relationship building, and business development are key to success. You'll work closely with industry leaders while identifying new opportunities, expanding existing markets, and helping customers find innovative solutions.
What you'll bring
- Proven sales experience within materials, manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, construction products, or related industries.
- Strong business development mindset with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% nationwide.
- Will reduce to as need over time
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
