About the role
Paragon Behavioral Health Services, part of the DTAC (Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers) family, is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to support children, adolescents, and families in the Lancaster area. We are a growing organization committed to high-quality, person-centered care, strong team culture, and meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve. The Behavioral Health Technician provides one-on-one therapeutic services to children and adolescents in home and community-based settings. This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting behavioral goals, and helping clients develop positive coping and social skills.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and work independently
- Ability to obtain PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
- Completion of all required training prior to independent client work
- Commitment to compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in another field with at least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents
- Associate’s degree or 60 college credits with 3+ years of relevant experience
