About the role
As a Field Engineer reporting to a Superintendent, Sr. Superintendent or Vice President pending assignment, you will assist in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents and to assure the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible. In this position you will support the field operations team, work to troubleshoot challenges, assist with on-site project administration, coordination of activities and technical management. The Field Engineer in the performance of their duties is also responsible for the protection and promotion of the interest of ALLY Construction Services and all matters. This role is well suited to analytical and critical thinkers who can apply logic and theories to problems, have the patience to find resolutions to complex issues, and have strong communication skills. Field Engineers take pride in providing a high-quality product on schedule, consistent with the customer’s vision and project objectives.
