Company Description Job Description Client and Position Details: Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12 Months (with possible further extension) Job Description: • This position mentors other staff to resolve client agency IT issues; process subject matter expert leading the development of program specifications for large, multi-agency, or enterprise projects. • Review and approve identified opportunities, plans, and recommendations to gain efficiencies by reengineering business processes. • Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions and to identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration. • Manage multiple projects with short-term timelines for several agencies. Organize data, schedule meetings amongst Telecommunication teams and prioritize. • Draft and review Inter-Agency Agreements, MOUs, Subscription Agreements, Service Agreements, SoWs, et cetera Qualifications Skills: Bachelor’s Degree Organization Skills Communications Skills Experience working in a large enterprise setting Experience with multiple network platforms Experience working with multiple network lines of service Experience working within a Telecommunications environment Customer Relations Experience ChangePoint Microsoft Project Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
