About the role

We are looking for an Innovation Coordinator to help us develop and implement a unique and new service in Tennessee designed to help young adults in the communities where they live, learn, work, and play.

• At least 18 years of age
• Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• Valid driver's license
• Vehicle Insurance
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field;
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a non-related field and one year of relevant experience;
• Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience;
• High School Diploma or General Equivalent with 4 years of relevant case management experience providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs and/or with case management services.
• Relevant experience means experience working directly with persons with intellectual, developmental, or other types of disabilities or mental illness.
• Are you able to work independently as well as with a team?
• Can you exhibit a good work ethic and professionalism?
