About the role

We're seeking an IT Client Support Associate to join a collaborative desktop support team supporting employees across the organization. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and helping others. While prior IT support experience is helpful, we're ultimately looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn. This position is available on site in League City, TX.

What you'll bring

• Associate degree
• Minimum one year of experience
• At least one year of information technology service management or desktop support experience.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and support.
• Proven basic knowledge of personal computers and related peripherals.
• Preference for those in positions with an emphasis on customer service and support.
