About the role

We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our team as an Intake Attorney. This is a serious, high-pressure position that requires a balance of warmth, efficiency, and strategic client management.

What you'll bring

• Licensure:   Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in Georgia.
• Prior experience working in a personal injury (PI) firm is required, specifically in assessing cases and handling intakes.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and close cases over the phone is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to be empathetic and welcoming while remaining efficient and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills for note-taking and file setup.
• Comfort with electronic contract systems and CRM tools.
• Personal Attributes:   Ability to handle high-pressure situations, make quick decisions, and balance client service with business objectives.
• Must be professional, discreet, and committed to ethical practices.
