About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Ad Sales Specialist to lead the growth of BEES Ads and Integrated Marketing Solutions in Peru. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with CPG partners, identifying advertising opportunities, and driving revenue through retail media, sponsored advertising, and omnichannel marketing programs.

What you'll bring

• Experience in digital advertising sales, retail media, media sales, shopper marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to CPG brands, manufacturers, or advertising agencies.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in retail media networks, eCommerce advertising, marketplace advertising, or commerce media.
• Existing relationships with major CPG companies and media agencies operating in Peru.
• Knowledge of trade marketing, category management, and consumer insights.
• Familiarity with digital media measurement, attribution, and campaign analytics.
• Experience working in a fast-growing technology, marketplace, or digital commerce environment.
