About the role

Under the general supervision of the Store Manager and District Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports daily store operations while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for cashiering, maintaining store presentation, ensuring food and beverage quality, and fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. The CSR serves as the face of H&S Energy, creating a positive experience for every guest through friendly interactions, product knowledge, and efficient service.

What you'll bring

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
• CPR and First Aid training a plus
• basic Microsoft Office skills a plus
