We’re looking for a Gear Assembler (Machinist I) to join our Shocks Department, with a focus on building Third Members and gears. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their technical skills in a hands-on environment.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years of age
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills.
