About the role

We’re looking for a District Sales Manager to support and grow our Nebraska territory, helping customers succeed through our metal roofing and wall panel solutions. Territory coverage currently includes the state of Nebraska, and a portion of Western Kansas. This is a highly visible territory with strong brand recognition, established customer relationships, and significant opportunity to expand share of wallet and drive new business growth.

What you'll bring

• Experience with estimating, project management, inside sales, or customer-facing construction support roles valued
• Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to consistent customer follow-up
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple opportunities, and work independently
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet with customers regularly throughout the territory
• Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with customers
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems and technologies
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• 3–5 + years of sales experience preferred
