About the role

Houses of Hope is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-driven Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical services within our halfway house programming.

What you'll bring

• Master’s degree in counseling, human services, social work, or related field
• Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health, substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and computer systems
• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) preferred
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Medicaid and insurance processes preferred
