About the role

We're launching a brand-new Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) engineering team, building a platform from the ground up to help our partners collect donations, evaluate families for scholarship eligibility, and distribute funds. If you want to help build a new product from the ground up and grow your skills on a small, high-impact team, then this is that kind of role. As a Software Engineer II, you'll be a valuable member of our development team, working to transform customer needs into technical solutions.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical competency, with a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly within team on complex issues.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
• Adapts well to change and focuses on continuous improvement.
• This position offers a hybrid work option.
