About the role
We are looking for an ePMO Tooling & CoE Project Manager to support the development, configuration, and continuous improvement of tooling and automation within an Enterprise PMO environment. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, technology, and process excellence. You will play a key role in shaping how the PMO uses tools, data, and AI-driven capabilities to drive efficiency, standardisation, and quality across project delivery. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Azure DevOps and modern Microsoft tooling, you will ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business needs. As part of the evolution of the PMO, this role is expected to actively contribute to AI-enabled ways of working:
What you'll bring
- Experience working in a PMO, ePMO, or project-based delivery environment
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including structuring, reporting, and configuration
- Experience working with Microsoft tooling such as Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and Planner
- Experience translating business needs into technology solutions
- Exposure to AI tools and automation within a business or PMO context
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using technology
- Ability to balance operational support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, or consulting environments
- Practical experience implementing AI solutions in a PMO or project environment
