About the role
As our Network Running Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational performance of Powerdot’s charging network across a Portuguese region, while contributing to Iberian initiatives and projects. You’ll manage the local Ranger / Field Technician team, prioritize interventions, coordinate service providers, and work closely with hardware suppliers and technical teams to keep our chargers available, reliable, and delivering the expected charging experience. You collaborate effectively with technical teams, hardware suppliers, service providers, and colleagues across both markets. You lead and listen. You give clear direction, stay close to the team, and create an environment where people feel supported to perform. You own your stuff. You don’t wait for perfect instructions. You identify the issue, take action, and follow through until the outcome is delivered.
