About the role
As a Regional Operations & Performance Intern, you will support the execution of regional operations across a network of local depots and teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to operational management, supplier coordination, and regional performance execution, with a strong focus on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will support the execution of end-to-end operational processes, from daily operations and supplier coordination to real estate and infrastructure support activities. You will play an active role in ensuring that local operations run smoothly, standards are followed, and regional objectives are achieved. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will work closely with regional and local teams, gaining practical experience in operational execution, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
