About the role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineering Lead to help scale both our technology and our engineering culture. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend the majority of your time building products, solving technical challenges, and architecting systems while also helping guide engineering standards, mentoring team members, and shaping the future of the platform. As a Full-Stack Engineering Lead, you'll lead the development of Base360.ai , the technology platform powering every aspect of The Flex.
What you'll bring
- Strong full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience designing and scaling production systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to balance speed with engineering quality

- Experience leading engineers or technical teams
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Experience with AI products or LLM integrations
