About the role
The Retail Compliance and QC Analyst will establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality control processes, including first line of defense management to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management. In addition, they will track laws and regulations ensuring the Retail business unit complies with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements that might affect the organization's policies.Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

- Bachelor's degree (B.
- A.) from four-year College or University, or alternatively, five to seven years of senior level compliance and quality control experience.
- Prior compliance experience at a large/regional bank
- subject to direct CFPB oversight and supervision preferred.
