About the role

Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program as a Home Consultant and help uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected of the luxury homes in Airbnb’s Luxe offering. As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Consultants typically complete each home consultation in approximately 2 hours , with some variation depending on property size.

• Required equipment: You own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos.
• Excellent communication: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail: You are thorough, accurate, and observant when evaluating properties.
• English proficiency: You are proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical proficiency: You are comfortable using digital tools and can complete reports with a stable internet connection.
• Relevant experience: A background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
