About the role
We currently have an opening for a Midnight Molding Supervisor position. This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Molding Manager. Preferred qualifications for this role include 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience and with a strong background working in injection molding. Automotive interior product familiarity would be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. The individual must be able to work overtime when required. This position will be required to provide leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale. This position is a key player in helping to affect necessary changes/improvements on an on-going basis The Supervisor will be responsible for: complying with Health and safety rules, Quality of our products, Productivity Improvements, and the Training and Evaluating of team member performance. This position will be based in Sterling Heights, Michigan and may require periodic travel within the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
