Our local TOMRA office is based in Valencia, and we are always looking for motivated people who want to be part of our organization. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer who is based in or around Madrid. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of providing top-notch customer service, encompassing commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair activities primarily in Spain and Portugal . This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on work and independent problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for a passionate engineering enthusiast.
What you'll bring
- Required.
- Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or technical customer support.
- Practical knowledge of analog and digital circuits, power supply systems, and PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.
- Fluent Spanish and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
