About the role

We are looking for a creative and pro-active Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role will be based in Malta in a hybrid mode. In this role, you will support the execution of TPF's marketing strategy across multiple areas, including content creation, social media, email marketing, website management, SEO, and campaign execution. While content creation will be a key part of the role, we are looking for someone with a broad marketing mindset who can contribute across different initiatives and adapt to the team's evolving priorities.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation
• Experience creating content for digital channels and social media.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content strategy and writing.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze content performance.
• Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in fintech, digital payments, and innovation.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the flexibility to support different marketing activities and take ownership of new initiatives.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva or Figma) is a plus.
• ideally within fintech, finance, or a fast-paced digital environment.
