You focus on the tools we use (CRM, AI, etc.) and the workflows that make our agents' lives easier. You look at CX as a system, constantly tweaking it to be faster, safer, and more scalable. We are looking for someone proactive who can handle a varied workload, focusing on quickly solving issues without sacrificing the accuracy or quality of the player experience.
