About the role

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensuring all food items are stocked and presented attractively. This position provides excellent customer service by assisting guests, replenishing food as needed, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the breakfast service. The Breakfast Attendant also rotates stewarding duties as scheduled, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment. This position reports to the Executive Chef. • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a welcoming and positive dining experience
• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
• 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred
