About the role

A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starting Paralegal is needed to support a California-based law firm handling a broad range of civil matters, including trademark law and federal litigation. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality legal services by supporting attorneys with document preparation, case management, client communication, and day-to-day legal

What you'll bring

• Prior experience as a Paralegal is required
• Experience working with a U.S. law firm is required
• Experience in Trademark law & Trademark Application of USPTO and/or Federal Litigation is an advantage
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Reliable and must have good communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong writing proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, flexible, and highly self-motivated
• Strong sense of accountability and initiative
• Law degree or legal education is a plus but not required
