About the role
You will drive the growth and evolution of the Asia Pacific portfolio by shaping portfolio strategy and enabling execution through collaboration with FMC teams, external partners, and stakeholders across global, regional, and country levels. You will also lead key APAC marketing planning initiatives to support sustainable business growth. Success in this role requires a strong results orientation, strategic mindset, and the ability to drive decisive actions that strengthen the competitiveness of the FMC portfolio. - You will work across a diverse stakeholder network and must be able to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA holder will be an added advantage.
- 10 – 15 years of experience in the crop protection and/or seeds industry, across marketing and commercial functions.
- Experience at a regional or global marketing level, managing a meaningful portfolio, and/or at a country leadership level, leading marketing or commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of the crop protection and/or seeds business, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial and portfolio strategies.
- Proven expertise in portfolio management, including developing and implementing portfolio plans, new product introductions, post-patent strategies and brand management.
- Strong experience collaborating with diverse teams across cultures and regions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
