About the role
MCHWC is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead our Quality Improvement (QI) and Risk Management programs. This role is responsible for advancing a data-driven approach to improving patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The Quality Improvement Manager works closely with leadership and clinical teams to monitor performance, support reporting (including UDS), and prepare for HRSA Operational Site Visits (OSV) and FTCA requirements.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
- Knowledge of QI methodologies (PDSA, Lean, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with UDS reporting and HRSA requirements preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- Experience in community health or safety-net settings
- FQHC experience strongly preferred
