About the role

We are looking for Machine Operators for multiple different shifts to join our Operations team!! The Machine Operator sets up and runs assigned CNC machines to produce parts that meet company safety, quality, and production standards, as well as customer specifications and delivery schedules. This role works under the direction of the Operations Supervisor and in accordance with company policies and procedures. What you'll bring

• Requires a high school diploma, equivalent, or relevant experience
• Basic math experience
• Ability to perform the operation sequence of processes using standard instructions
• Ability to obtain a forklift license by KSLP standards
• Background in Manufacturing is ideal
• Ability to use small hand tools, hand gauges, and read blueprints
• Experience with robotics preferred but not required
