About the role

We are seeking a Principal Hardware Integration, Analysis & Test Engineer excited about the opportunity to sit at the intersection of radar hardware, firmware, software, and signal processing and make it all work together. This role is 100% on-site and will be based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. Some travel is to be anticipated between multiple sites including Andover, MA and Pelham, NH.

What you'll bring

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in two or more of the following areas:
• Radar system or subsystem integration, verification, and validation
• Programming in MATLAB or C/C++
• Microwave/RF system, subsystem, and/or Circuit Card Assembly design or test
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience with IQ and signal processing analysis in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or equivalent.
• Experience with Linux and Git.
• Experience with Radar Receiver/Exciter design and/or design verification testing.
• Familiarity with radar system troubleshooting, root cause identification, and corrective action documentation.
• Technical background in high-speed data converter test/characterization, radar system calibration, digital signal processing, cascade analysis, or frequency planning.
• Exposure to AI/ML models or statistical process control concepts.
