About the role
Collins Aerospace is looking for a Program Operations Manager to support the Strategic Communications programs within the Resilient Connectivity Products portfolio. This position will directly support a Program Management Office (PMO) in leading manufacturing strategy for programs in development. This role is responsible for making and driving decisions for Manufacturing Strategy, Planning and Execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and / or Product Development Operations in the defense industry. In this role you will support classified & unclassified programs within a technically mixed portfolio of complex products. This is an onsite role in Marlborough, MA and may have up to 20% travel. This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.

- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Manufacturing Operations experience.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Product Development Experience
