• An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our RF/Microwave Engineering Team at Raytheon.
• These departments develop, design, test and manufacture compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical design and development, an eagerness to learn, the ability to work 100% onsite and collaboratively with a team, and an interest in complex, real-time, critical systems.
• This position is an onsite role in Tewksbury, MA, Andover, MA, or Marlborough, MA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• Experience/coursework in one or more of the following: RF/microwave, Analog, Digital Electronics, Circuit Design or Analysis, Electrical Components, Electromagnetics
• Lab experience specific to RF/microwave device and circuit measurements
