About the role
As an Automation/Robotics Engineer, you’ll be part of our Automation Engineering team as an onsite employee. You will be responsible for programming, maintenance and installation of new and existing equipment and robots. This includes coordinating schedules, follow-up of assignments, maintaining quality and production standards, and ensuring that all Company procedures are followed. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of leadership experience required.
- Safety standards NFPA 70E- Lockout Tagout, coach and hold team accountable for safety procedures.
- Must possess the experience and knowledge to effectively manage and direct all engineering related
- activities.
- Have a strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, robotics, and mechanical background.
- Proven experience with project development and management through successful completion.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of CAD, mechanical drawings, blueprint reading, and advanced arithmetic.
- Adept with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
