About the role

The Operations Hardware Quality Engineer will provide quality engineering support to Raytheon programs to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.  You will use critical thinking resources and methods to improve product design; minimize inspection; resolve manufacturing defects/problems; complete such specialized quality functions as data preparation, analyses, and reporting.  You will serve the important role of performing product and process audits for compliance to various standards and product requirements.

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience • Relevant experience is in the field of quality, operations or manufacturing engineering
  • Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management systems
  • Experience with GD&T, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing measurement resources and practices
