About the role

The Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations provides operational business support for strategic business partners while directly leading and developing a high-performing team of operational professionals. This role balances hands-on operational leadership—including managing complex partner relationships, leading cross-functional process improvements, and overseeing strategic project rollouts—with people management responsibilities such as coaching, performance development, and resource allocation. What you'll bring

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 7 years of account management, operations or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry
• At least 4 years of people leadership and performance management experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of account management, operations or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry
• 5+ years of people leadership and performance management experience
• Experience working with key players across targeted markets, including North America and Latin America
