About the role
Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, etc) Perform software upgrades and patches (PC Software, Windows patch, firmware upgrades etc.)
What you'll bring
- Position requires considerable decision-making capability.
- Ability to evaluate and act on a wide variety of technical situations.
- Active Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in system administration, including server and help desk support
- Must handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and work well with people.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science OR related field OR equivalent experience
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) OR equivalent experience
- CCP Certification
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (GCC HIGH) and Azure Government
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- Ability to travel at times and 24X7 availability
