Job Title: Human Resources Manager LTE Care Plus is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) environments is highly valued.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Experience managing large, multi-level teams
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing change and driving organizational development
- Experience with ADP workforce systems
- Experience working within ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) organizations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- Master’s preferred
