About the role
The Blackbird Farmhouse Assistant will assist the Farm Manager and will perform all housekeeping duties at the farm. The Farmhouse Assistant may assist the kitchen department when necessary. What you'll bring
- Professional, mature, and experienced in working with a wide range of populations (experience with both youth and adult clients)
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently of others with minimal supervision
- Must be available to work weekends and nights
- The employee must pass TB test and Livescan background clearance
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least the past 3 years and have a clean driving record
