About the role

: As a Safety Coordinator 3PL, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a safety-conscious workplace culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, managing workers' compensation processes, establishing and maintaining safety trend databases, ensuring OSHA compliance, and creating emergency action plans. This position is based in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area and requires 25% travel to the supporting location.

• Ability to create comprehensive emergency action plans.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety
• 3+ years of Leading a Safety and/or Compliance Program
• Ability to travel
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
