As a Sr. Auto Glass Technician , you will have an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your experience and professional skills for our store locations, airport rental facilities, or as a mobile technician. WE SUPPLY Auto Glass specific tools in most markets! UNCAPPED COMMISSION plans (per car bonuses) !

What you'll bring

• 2+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass.
• Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong customer experience skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• This position involves driving duties that will be monitored and recorded by a telematics device to ensure safety and compliance.
• Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning, must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
