About the role

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to support the development and maintenance of high-performing marketing websites and landing pages. This role focuses on building modular WordPress themes using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and supporting marketing systems through integrations, tracking implementation, and conversion-focused landing pages. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and automation teams to deliver scalable websites and marketing assets that drive lead generation and performance.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years building custom WordPress themes with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) flexible content blocks
• 3+ years working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Working knowledge of popular WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.) with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and extend them for client needs
• Demonstrated ability to use AI as a development tool — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier for speed and problem-solving
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
• Comfortable working in Figma and Adobe products (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Developer-first mindset with a marketing support orientation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client projects
• Proactive problem solver who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates
• Laravel experience
• Google Tag Manager
