Company Description Job Description • Manage calendar for Executive- coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls, and other obligations • Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information • Preparing travel and expense reports • Must be able to communicate and act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies • Answer and screen calls in a fast-paced setting • Work on independent and team projects Qualifications • 5+ years of Executive Assistant office experience • Candidate will be working in a fast-paced environments, so it is important the the candidate is able to manage multiple competing tasks and demands. • Knowledge of electronic invoicing, timesheet and travel and expense processing. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Vista • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
