About the role
This position is based in Midland, Texas at a 24/7 operations control room and will report to the Control Room Lead.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1+) years of operating experience
- Three (3+) years of oil and gas experience
- Ability to work 7-on/7-off, 13-hour rotational shifts including days and nights with occasional travel to field locations. (Including weekends and holidays when scheduled)
- Prior control room experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to drive efficiencies and learn new technologies
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Ability to accurately solve problems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook), Spotfire/PowerBI, Cygnet, Ignition
