About the role

As Group CFO, you will serve as the primary financial strategist and a key partner to the CEO, shaping Satispay’s international financial roadmap from our Milan headquarters. You will lead and scale a best-in-class Group Finance organization, spanning FP&A, Financial Control, Group Reporting, Investor Relations, and Finance Business Partnering capabilities, while ensuring consistent financial governance and alignment across all entities, including our regulated financial activities in Luxembourg.

What you'll bring

• You will lead by example, combining ambition with purpose, drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.
• A minimum of 8 years in progressive financial leadership roles, including at least 3 years acting as a Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO within a premier technology scale-up, neo-bank, payments company, or fast-paced fintech environment.
• Capital Markets Expertise
• : A demonstrated history of engaging with institutional investors, steering Series funding initiatives, or managing transitions within IPO/SPAC frameworks.
• Experience operating in or alongside regulated financial environments (banking, payments, fintech, or e-money institutions), with strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Full professional proficiency in English
