The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. What you'll bring

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach
• Experience in outpatient or community-based primary care
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Interest or experience in preventive medicine and population health initiatives
• Bilingual language skills (practice dependent)
