About the role

The Maintenance Technician supports the operation of Fanatics Commerce Fulfillment Centers, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing Sites by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility assets, manufacturing equipment, automation equipment, and material handling systems. This role is responsible for the safety, quality, and timely execution of maintenance activities spanning conveyors, robotics, forklifts, electrical systems, plumbing, and other general maintenance functions. The Maintenance Technician delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. What you'll bring

  • Experience and/or formal education in the industrial maintenance field,
  • Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance and repairs, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshooting across conveyors, manufacturing systems, and material handling equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs and the ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical drawings, including schematics and blueprints.
  • Proficiency working with PLCs, VFDs, soft starts, servo drives, and external I/O devices in an industrial environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to learn and utilize CMMS and other maintenance software platforms.
  • ability to work at heights and in non-climate-controlled environments.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • preferred background supporting maintenance activities in a Fulfillment, Distribution, or Manufacturing facility.
