What you'll bring
- and
- 8-10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including significant exposure to Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Plant Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational and financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Experience simplifying processes, improving reporting systems, and designing new ways of working.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience using JDE, JDA, Hyperion, or similar ERP/financial planning systems to enhance reporting and analytics.
- MBA/CPA designation
- WSET or similar wine education of winemaking and viticulture Ability to build productive relationships
- Proficiency in planning, prioritization and project management.
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau is an asset
- Exposure to winemaking or viticulture is an asset.
