About the role

is seeking an experienced Foreman - Pavement Marking to lead our pavement marking crews and ensure the safe and efficient application of pavement markings in line with company standards and safety regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality road safety measures and enhancing traffic flow for the traveling public. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations at multiple site locations, manage crew assignments, and enforce compliance with departmental guidelines and DOT standards.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in crew leadership within pavement marking or related infrastructure construction.
• Strong knowledge of pavement marking materials, techniques, and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to comply with all safety and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL Class B
• Physically able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and manage strenuous tasks.
• Certification as Basic Flagger from ATSSA is preferred.
• air brake endorsement preferred but not mandatory.
