About the role

In this role, you will work both independently and alongside Lead Advisors to provide personalized financial guidance to CSI Group’s diverse and growing member base . CSI provides all client relationships— there is no obligation to prospect or bring on new clients. You will focus on delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and providing tailored financial advice that aligns with CSI’s mission and CAPTAG values.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients.
• Three or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios.
• Series 65 license required.
• Strong understanding of investment products, risk management, and retirement strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to integrity, accountability, and a client-first mindset.
• Passion for helping families achieve financial confidence and peace of mind.
