About the role
As a part of the team, you will play a role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client success and account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and tactical pull through. You will be the conduit between our clients and the delivery team, collaborating closely with project management and your core internal team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Client Services or another senior account person. This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA. Travel will be required up 20% to client sites.
What you'll bring
- We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with our clients to deliver the P10 experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry, this is a firm requirement
- Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially within a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- this remains a priority skill for this role
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment while actively working to build more proactive client engagement
- Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and across Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without losing clarity
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration
