What you'll bring

- 2+ years of marketing, product development, sales, or product management experience.
- Passionate about building products and customer success.
- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp.
- Proficiency analyzing product, usage, and operational data using analytics tools such as Elastic, Tableau, or Excel to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support product recommendations.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and Slack.
- Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
- Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with our target buyers and users.
- Experience working with AI products, AI platforms, or AI-enabled workflows, with the ability to evaluate practical use cases and translate them into product requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools ethically and responsibly to optimize processes, daily workflows, and decision-making.
- Strong writing and public speaking skills.
